3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Zenu Fashion are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Bank Transfers, and Buy-Now-Pay-Later services such as Koko and MintPay.

While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

• Standard delivery within Colombo (1-15) typically takes 1-2 business days.
• Outstation delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external courier services or unavoidable natural circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items or items purchased during promotional periods may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Zenu Fashion and protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws.

You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the website without our express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
